1.2 Support. We offer you at no additional cost the appropriate standard customer support available for services, as shown on the website and related documentation, and updated support if purchased. “user fee,” the additional subscription fees incurred by the subscriber for the use of certain features and functions enabled by the subscriber within the service. 17.2 Full agreement. This agreement represents the entire agreement and replaces all previous agreements between you and Zendesk regarding the purpose of this contract. This Agreement applies in place of the terms of an order or other market documents that you or any entity you represent (all of these conditions are null and void) and, if expressly stated, there are no other agreements, assurances, guarantees or obligations that any of the parties may avail themselves of with respect to the purpose of this Agreement. There is no oral commitment, conditions, submissions, agreements, interpretations or conditions of any kind between the parties, unless expressly provided for. The titles used in this document are merely simple and do not affect the interpretation of the terms of this agreement. 16.1 Third. You agree that zendesk Group and third parties used by Zendesk Group to provide you with the Services give you the right to access your account and to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display and disclose your agents` personal data, to the extent necessary to provide, safeguard or improve the Services. All third-party service providers used by the Zendesk Group will only have access to your account if reasonably necessary for the provision of services and (a) will be subject to confidentiality obligations that are economically reasonable and essentially comply with the standards described in Section 5; and (b) their consent to comply with the restrictions on the transfer of personal data set out in Section 7. 1.4 Additional features. We will inform you of additional conditions and/or alternative agreements before activating additional features.
The activation of additional functions by you in your account is considered to be the acceptance of the applicable additional conditions or other agreements, if any. “Built by Zendesk Marketplace Applications” refers to integrations and applications created or developed by Zendesk or its related companies and made available in the Zendesk Marketplace (available at www.zendesk.com/apps) and which are governed by this Contract, unless Zendesk provides you with another agreement at the time of your availability or access to integration or application. “Beta Services” refers to a product provided by Zendesk, a service or feature that can be made available to you to try your option at no extra cost clearly called Beta, Pilot, Release Limited, Non-Production, Early Access, Evaluation or by a similar description. “Additional features” refers to additional functions or functions (including, but not limited, created by Zendesk Marketplace apps, Zendesk Labs, fast access programs or beta services) that are available or enabled via the service but are not part of the service. Other functions include third-party services purchased and/or subscribers via an order form, which are resold by Zendesk and are governed by the third party`s alternative agreement. Additional features are acquired or enabled separately and unambiguously from your service plan and related services provided. We have updated our Master subscription contract. If you are a new subscriber, this master`s subscription agreement will come into effect on June 2, 2020. If you are an existing subscriber, we will notify you in advance of these changes, which will come into effect on July 2, 2020.
